Damien Connolly joins the mygolfGroup team following a successful period with the Confederation of Golf in Ireland (Golf Ireland) where he provided business consultancy and training to club owners, staff, and officials across the country. A keen student of the business of golf, Connolly has recently added a Bachelor of Business Studies from UCD and a Diploma in Club Management from CMAE to complement his fifteen years of industry experience.
As Head of Consulting Services at mygolfGroup, Connolly is responsible for working closely with our partners to deliver bespoke club solutions to help clubs grow and develop business-critical areas including; sales and marketing growth, membership development, operations, change management, and strategic planning.
